REgeln des regens
(Rules of Rain)
2025
“I hear the rain.
But it isn’t raining.”
A figure stands beneath an umbrella—somehow inverted.
Up becomes down, down becomes up. Everything is a matter of perspective.
Rules of Rain explores the feeling of alienation: What does it mean to exist in a world whose rules you do not understand—or were never made for? Developed through original texts and devised scenes, the youth ensemble of Theater Pfütze creates a journey through an absurd and disorienting reality. A world that feels unstable, fragmented, and strangely familiar—yet raises the question: where is this journey actually leading?
Flyer Design — Rules of Rain
In addition to performing in the play, I developed the visual concept for the flyer.
The design is based on the umbrella as a central element—both visually and conceptually. As a key object on stage, it became the starting point for the overall composition and reflects the atmosphere of the piece.
